HOW TO MEASURE
NECK:	Measure around neck, allowing room for 2 fingers behind tape.
CHEST/BUST:	Measure around chest, making sure tape is level at the back. A firm chest measurement should be taken.
WAIST:	Make sure the trousers are sitting comfortably, and measure over the waistband of the trousers.
INSIDE LEG:	Measure from the crutch to the top of the heel of the shoe.
HIPS:	Measure around fullest part of hips, making sure tape is level.

Embroidery Minimum
Please note embroidery needs to be done in groups of 4.
(4 of the same garment, logo and thread colours)
Items that are not in groups of 4 will incur a fee to book out the machine

300gsm Hi Vis is 100% polyester. The navy is 65/35% poly/cotton. premium quality, full zip front. 2 front stylish welt pocket with contrast Hivis stitching. navy sleeve pen pocket. Safety drawstring stays inside of garment to prevent catching, hoop pattern CSR reflective tape.

DNC garments are tested for UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) in accordance with AS/NZS4399:1996. The level of protection varies depending on the fabric and colour of the garment. 15+ good protection, 30+ / 35+ very good protection, 40+ / 50+ excellent protection DNC HiVis garments are manufactured to comply with New Hi Vis standard Class F AS/NZS1906.4:2010, Class D/N, AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 to meet the requirements of Hi-Vis safety standards HiVis Fabric & Design of garments, for day and night use.

DNC also use CSR-1303 Generic Refl ective Tape for the value hi-vis range. CSR-1303 refl ective tape complies with AS/NZS1906.4:2010 for HiVis material. CSR-1303 - Home wash up to 50 cycles @ 60° C.
